The petition for the MRI machine in Mudgee is a heartfelt call from our community to improve healthcare accessibility. It's about ensuring that families in our region have access to critical diagnostic services without having to travel long distances. We need your support to make this vision a reality; with 10,000 signatures, we can demonstrate the widespread community backing necessary to push for the implementation of the MRI machine in Mudgee.
No More! End Domestic Violence
As your representative, I recently attended the 'No More' rally in Orange, where hundreds gathered to denounce gender-based violence. Shocking statistics reveal over 30 women have been victims this year alone, half in regional areas. That’s two women being murdered every week. Urgent action is needed, including tightening bail laws, increasing funding for services and prioritising education.
